Is the first consultation paid?
An initial phone conversation and general quote cost you nothing. If you need our engineer to come to the site, take exact measurements, and prepare a list of parts for replacement, such an audit costs 1200 zł net.
How quickly do you arrive for a breakdown?
Our headquarters is in Katowice on Chorzowska St., so we are with the client very quickly in the Silesian agglomeration. Usually, no more than 24 hours pass from reporting a failure to the technician's arrival.
Do you modernize old foreign machines?
Yes, it is our specialty. Often solid old machines from the 90s only need new electronics to work as well as those straight from the showroom. We replace controllers with modern ones that are easily available in Poland.
Is there a warranty on your work?
For every modernization service we perform and for all installed components, you will receive a 12-month written warranty. In case of problems, you just call and we come to fix it.
Do you train employees on the new automation?
Of course. After every implementation of a new system or machine modernization, we stay at the hall and show operators how to handle everything. We don't leave until your team feels confident at the control panel.
