Rules of Cooperation – Silesia Consulting Group

This is our terms and conditions, a set of simple rules under which we operate. By using our website and ordering services from us, you agree to what we have written here. We are the Silesia Consulting Group from Katowice and we play fairly, so we want you to know what cooperation with us looks like. You won't find difficult words or legal twisting here. If you are browsing our content, it means you accept these conditions. If something doesn't suit you, just close the page, but we hope you stay with us longer, because we know our trade and are happy to help you in the production hall.

Every offer you receive from us is valid for 14 days. Why so short? Because prices for parts and controllers on the market change very quickly now and we cannot guarantee the same rate for half a year. For us to efficiently handle your machine, you must prepare a place for us to work in the hall and provide access to electricity. Remember that modernizing old equipment is always a risk – we do everything to make the machine run like new, but we are not responsible for hidden defects you didn't tell us about. We try to keep deadlines to the day because we know every downtime is a loss of money for you.

For every job performed, we issue a 23% VAT invoice. The prices we provide in our price lists or during conversations are usually net amounts – tax must be added to them. We set the payment term individually, but usually, it is 7 or 14 days from issuing the document. For larger projects, where we must buy expensive sensors or control cabinets, we will ask you for a deposit. This allows us to start work immediately, without waiting for transfers from wholesalers. If you are late with payment, we will call and remind you, because we value punctuality on both sides.

Everything you see on this page – service descriptions, photos of Marek and Tomek at work, and project videos – is our property. Don't copy this without asking, because we put a lot of heart and time into it. We try to ensure all information about automation is accurate here, but remember every factory is different. The service description on the site is only a general outline – we select specific solutions only after a visit to you. We do not take responsibility for someone trying to repair a machine themselves after reading our advice without consulting a specialist. People's safety on production is paramount, so better call us before you unscrew anything.
